Dynamics 2015

Overview

Dynamics 2015 is a legacy CRM predecessor to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Mainstream end of life support finished in January 2020, with extended end of life support finishing in January 2025.

Example use case

You have customer information currently sitting in the Dynamics 2015 CRM software. You want to sync this data into Cinchy through a batch sync to liberate your data from the silo.

The Dynamics 2015 source supports batch syncs.

Permissions

Data syncs are role based access systems where you can give specific groups read, write, execute, and/or all of the above with admin access. Inputting at least an Admin Group is mandatory.

Dynamics 2015

Username

Mandatory. The username the Dynamics 2015 account that has access to the data you want to sync.

Password

Mandatory. The password for the above Dynamics 2015 user account.

Domain

Mandatory. The Domain name of the Dynamics 2015 server you are connecting to.

Customer

URL

Mandatory. The URL of the Dynamics 2015 server you are connecting to.

Entity

Mandatory. The name of the entity you want to sync as it appears in your Dynamics 2015 CRM.
